Tell the list about the trip

Consider destination, dates, transport, accommodation, baggage and planned activities. A weekend city break and a beach holiday need different lists. Packfolk uses these details to suggest a checklist. Include everyone who is travelling so that shared items and personal items can be organised from the beginning.

Review before you pack

Look through suggested documents, bookings, money, technology and packing items. Remove what does not apply and add your own essentials. Check quantities against the length of the trip and the people travelling. The generated list is a starting point, not confirmation that you have every required document or booking.

Tick what is actually ready

Use the focused packing view to tick items as you pack them, rather than when you merely think of them. Edit quantities, assignees and due dates to make the list useful. Before leaving, review unfinished items and check current entry requirements with the official destination authorities or your travel provider.
